DIY- Marshmallow Fondant

Recently, I've decided to find a cheaper version of fondant for practice purposes. Stumbled upon this fabulous recipe from Pinterest and I must say it is VERY TASTY!!
DIY Marshmellow Ingredients:
*4cups marshmallows (white) *4 cups powdered sugar *2 tbsp water *Food coloring and flavoring extracts (of your choice) *shortening 1st step: mixed marshmallows +water in a bowl and heat them in a microwave for 1 min 2nd step: Stir the mixing (you still find chunks of marshmallows). continue the heating cycle until all marshmallows dissolved.
3rd step: Put food colouring and mixed them well. Shape and rolled them. dont forget to grease you're palms & mat with shortening (bit sticky)
I do add in CMC powder and kneading them to your desired hardness level.
